Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company

This diploma thesis is aiming on drafting a marketing strategy proposal and recommendation for TPF group s.r.o. company, which runs an online discount marketplace called Slevoking.cz with a focus on travelling. First part contains explanation of theoretical knowledge associated with this topic. Second part is focusing on application of this knowledge and carries out an analysis of current marketing strategy and communication channels of the company. The findings serve as a core of the last section of the thesis that provides specific recommendations for adjustment and improvement of the company’s marketing strategy. The goal of these recommendations is to enhance the company’s competitiveness in the market, acquire new customers and maintain the existing ones.

Nevrivová, N. Influence of daily deal sites on the customer in the field of tourism. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. This thesis deals with the issue of daily deal sites in the Czech Republic. First, tourism is described and the work focuses on bulk shopping, its history and the way it works in the present. The thesis includes a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which a typical customer of the discount portal is designated. Furthermore the improvement recommendations are stated while focusing on consumers´ satisfaction.

Master´s thesis named Brand Analysis of Slevomat deals with the perception of this Czech brand by the end costumers. Perceived image is determined based on my own research. This diploma thesis consists of one theoretical and three practically oriented chapters. The first chapter serves as a theoretical basis for understanding the whole thesis. The second part focuses on selected company. This part is focused on introduction of the company, SWOT analysis, competition analysis and existing brand strategy. The third chapter describes how the research was conducted and provides its evaluation. The final chapter outlines possible recommendations for the future.

The Possibility of Changing the Payment Process at Discount Portals

The bachelor thesis deals with the discount coupons. The theoretical part explains the concept of a discount coupon which is connected with the marketing mix. There is also mentioned the history of discount portals in the Czech Republic as well as in the whole world. The second part is about an evaluation of the present situation of using the coupons. There is also mentioned the fact that a lot of users of coupons were not satisfied with the situation about using them. The questionnaire was created to prove the thesis that there is possible negative experience with the using of discount coupons. The research subject is whether coupons fulfilled their purpose in business promotion or not. Afterwards there are finding obstacles that would essentially allow the fact of showing coupons while paying. The last part described models whether it would be possible or not to show coupons while paying. There is also suggested what would theoretically be the coupons about, if they should be submitted at the end when paying.
Daily deal sites as a tool of communication with customer

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of daily deal sites. The paper first describes the marketing communication in general. The next section is devoted to the history of daily deal sites in the world, and in the Czech Republic and describes the way the daily deal site works. First, the methodology of work is introduced in the research section and then a quantitative research is performed. The main aim of the research is to determine attitude, satisfaction and opinion of customers who use daily deal sites. Research is conducted through a questionnaire survey, its evaluation and confirmation or refutation of hypotheses.

This thesis describes, analyzes and evaluates the creation and management of the project Chcikupon.cz. Part of this thesis is a business plan, which includes product characteristics, analysis of competitors, customers, suppliers, project staffing and marketing. The work includes analysis of the financial aspects of the project and it evaluates the return on investment. Thesis describes the launch of the discount portal Chcikupon.cz, and the success of individual promotional discounts with operations of the website by the end of 2013. The main contribution of the diploma thesis is the proposed strategy, which will lead to sustainable development of the project.

This bachelor thesis analyzes the utilization of Facebook as a marketing tool, focusing on the company Slevomat.cz Ltd. Thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part discusses marketing, social networks and discount portals. The practical part is devoted to the possibilities of using Facebook for marketing purposes. The knowledge acquired during writing this thesis is then applied to the company Slevomat.cz Ltd. The company's marketing strategy on the most popular social network is evaluated and compared with the strategies of its competitors.
